Scott McCartney within the Wall Street Journal recently evaluated airlines for compensation redemption. Among US carriers Freebie southwest and JetBlue topped a charts with Delta in addition to US Airways rounding out underneath tied for last level airlines evaluated.
At a recent travel blogging conference many folks were talking about what kind of a traveler we can be. Since I have to travel where I have to go each week for work and might like to do it as comfortably as is feasible I'm not a mileage runner kind of flyer and I'm no churner to get 100 % free vacations all on bank card points. My primary goal is always to travel as comfortably as is feasible and hopefully get 1st class upgrades often. This is element of why I changed coming from crediting to United to US Airways since i have fly on US. It indicates I'm actually getting enhancements, but I'm not sure how everything will enjoy out booking my next vacation. I booked my escape this fall using this remaining United miles given that they had low-tier availability and additionally Delta didn't. I just keep letting Delta miles build up because I can never rely on them, but I love flying Delta.
